Buyer Transactions - $500

  • Send Offer to Buyer(s) for Signing
  • Send to Listing Agent

$100 per transaction includes the following:

  • APPLIES TO ANY BROKERAGE BRAND COMPLIANCE FOR DA

À La Carte

Writing Offers/Listing & Buyer Agreements:

$50 Add On Per Transaction


Listing Management Only:


          $300 per listing

  • Drafting Listing Terms and Brokerage Required Documents
  • MLS Input to include: Adding photography, setting Showing Time, etc
  • Sending Listing Feedback Weekly to Sellers and contacting agents for their feedback
  • KW Agents: Command & Commission Compliance is included in this

Fall Through Fees:

All files that do not make it to settlement after TC work has begun, are subject to $150 fee beyond appraisal being ordered. All files that do not make it to settlement prior to appraisal being ordered, are subject to a $50 fee.


Please note we are an exclusive TC company. When you onboard with us, you are committing to giving us 100% of your and your teams (if applicable) files. 


We have a strict payment policy: All fees are collected at settlement via wire from the title company disbursing funds. 



Our Promise

We work closely with our agents to make sure that all terms of every contract are fulfilled. We audit each contract prior to sending to lender, title, and/or client, to make sure that all necessary initials and signatures are present.
